Will everyone get to use an extinguisher?
The course is designed to give learners supervised, hands-on practice with real extinguishers. Live fire exercises depend on a suitable outdoor space and the trainer’s risk assessment.
Do we need to provide extinguishers?
Tell us about your venue when you enquire. We’ll confirm the practical equipment and site arrangements as part of your booking, so your team knows exactly what to expect.
What is the difference between the standalone course and the add-on?
The £395 + VAT standalone course includes extinguisher theory and practical training. The £150 + VAT add-on is the live fire practical for people attending your Fire Marshal course. Fire Marshal training plus this practical is £600 + VAT per group.
What if we don’t have enough outdoor space?
Let us know before booking. We’ll discuss what is possible at your venue. The trainer must confirm that the practical area is suitable before any live fire exercise can take place.
Are certificates included?
Yes. Electronic certificates are sent to the booking contact after completion, ready for your training records.
Can we book evenings or weekends?
Yes, subject to availability. Any additional charges are included in your quotation before you confirm the booking.
